In 1995, James Champion founded and incorporated The Champion Services Group, Inc. (CSG) in the State of Florida. James leveraged his vast Human Resources knowledge and twenty-five years experience while working for such companies as Chase Manhattan Bank, Merrill Lynch, The U.S. Department of Labor, as well as leading Ryder Systems, Inc. as Executive Director of Human Resources, to launch his own company.
